Responsible for managing home base unit and district, or multiple units of a company or organization. Recruits, hires, trains, and supports managers, prepares reports, conducts inspections, and sets sales and cost control Goals. Primary Responsibilities

  • Set goals, priorities, and objectives for units.
  • Teach, lead, and coach managers on guest satisfaction and hospitality.
  • Conduct Food Safety and Work Safety Evaluations.
  • Develop leaders and set succession plans.
  • Coach managers on interviewing, training, and terminating workers as needed.
  • Determine salary brackets.
  • Handle employee relations.
  • Attend and preside over meetings.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Teach and Coach Managers on directing overall operations.
  • Set goals for each department.
  • Clearly communicate goals.
  • Measure the success of each initiative.
  • Manage support staff.
  • Delegate responsibility.
  • Generate and present reports on goals.
  • Participate in seminars and conferences.
  • Motivate and encourage employees.
  • Participate in lead generation and business development.
